Für gewöhnlich hatte ich ja noch nie ein Problem damit mich auf eine Waage zu stellen. Bei einem sehr gesunden Verhältnis von 91 bis wahlweise 93 Kilos auf 203 Zentimeter verteilt war ich mit meiner (Ess-)Disziplin immer sehr gut gefahren und musste mir um die Hülle meines strahlenden Inneren (behaupte ich jetzt einfach einmal so) keine Sorgen machen. Da mir die Waage aber nun schon in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einer gerade so überschrittenen dreistelligen Zahl entgegenlacht, muss ich meine Mentalität was die aktuelle Balance zwischen Nahrungsaufnahme und Bewegungsdrang angeht wohl überdenken.
Es ist ja nicht so, dass mir drei, vier Kilo mehr auf den Rippen schaden würden - sonst würde ich ja alsbald die "Junge, iss' doch mehr, du bist ja nur noch Haut und Knochen"-Sprüche meiner Eltern und Großeltern vermissen. Aber wenn eine Hose, die ich mir vor gerade einmal vier Wochen angeschafft habe, jetzt schon wieder kneift, dann läuft irgendwas ganz schön falsch.
Selbst der Versuch mir einzureden, es würde sich bei dem gewonnenen Ballast um antrainierte Muskelmasse handeln, scheitert daran, dass meine gut sitzenden Hemden noch perfekt passen und nicht an den Nähten für Brustkorb oder Oberarmen reissen wie mein Geduldsfaden bei einer Live-Schalte zum Musikantenstadl.
Das Unglück spielt sich eher in meiner körpereigenen Äquatorzone ab. Ein für mich manchmal doch recht eitlen Zeitgenossen untragbarer Zustand. Kurzum: So kann es nicht weitergehen! Ergo trifft es sich ganz gut, dass ich seit gestern wieder in Dieburg bin und zum sehr geschätzten, der Figur aber nicht zwingend zuträglichen heimischen Verwöhnprogramm Abstand nehmen kann.
Mein Ziel lautet also bis Monatsende wieder auf gesundem Wege an mein Wunschgewicht ranzukommen. Selbstverständlich werde ich euch auf meinem Weg dorthin mit Zwischenständen nötigen. Wer allerdings jetzt schon kleine Tipps hat, immer her damit!
PS: viel trinken, mehr Obst futtern und vermehrt Sport betreiben werde ich sowieso.
